Brendan Dakin is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He has experience representing owners, developers, contractors, and suppliers in various dispute resolution forums. Brendan has obtained favorable results for his clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Brendan worked for a boutique construction law firm, where he litigated breach of contract disputes and construction defect actions. He also developed a strong understanding of the body of law governing liens, as well as a strong understanding of professional design work and construction trades.
