Rebecca ensures her clients are actively involved in every stage of the legal process. She understands that when clients feel informed, it builds trust between them and the firm. Her experience in specialized areas of law—such as maritime law—has equipped her with the skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and opposing parties from diverse nationalities and government entities.
Rebecca Morrison works across multiple practice groups within the firm, making her a versatile asset for clients in a range of complex litigation matters.
Rebecca focuses on representing insurance carriers in complex litigation involving personal injury protection (PIP), first party claims, and class actions. She manages high-volume litigation portfolios and works closely with carriers to develop efficient strategies for resolving claims at scale, including coordinating and negotiating bulk settlements involving large volumes of disputed medical billing and treatment claims.
Rebecca has significant experience analyzing medical billing and treatment records and works with carriers in utilizing emerging technologies, including AI-driven medical billing software, to develop data-informed litigation and settlement strategies in high exposure matters.
She also devotes a large focus of her practice to representing sureties in all manner of construction disputes, including claim evaluations and investigations, litigation, and resolutions.
In addition, Rebecca has experience handling complex maritime claims brought by longshoremen and seamen under the Jones Act. Her work included matters involving vessel liability, maintenance and cure, and workplace injuries.
She is a licensed Education Course Provider and Instructor with Florida’s Department of Financial Services in and is able to provider her clients with tailored Course Offerings targeting areas most important to their adjusters and work at large. She has led conferences attended by adjusters across Florida, Georgia, and New York.
Rebecca earned her J.D., Dean’s Honors and Pro Bono Honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served as president of both the Military Law Society and the International Law Society.
